• BlackBerry Protect :  With 'Anti-Theft' Feature adding  a layer of  security to your Device. If you lost your device or its stolen then you can find your device and protect your device data. • BlackBerry Blend : No Cloud needed Blend all Computer , tablet, smartphone in one
• Android App Compatibility : The best part of this latest update is apk compatibility. Now you can install apps from other sources as well (note: Turn this feature ON First in settings or while installing an apk file you will be redirected there). By default now you get 2 Market for Apps is
•  1. BlackBerry World - The Built for BlackBerry Apps is Good choice but few apps.
  
• 2. Amazon App Store. Now No more Sideloading of Bar files no conversions of apk needed. Get choice of lots of apps now on Amazon App store, though not as much as Play Store but still something is better. But Actually Free Apps in Amazon App Store are not displayed.
• Camera : More features added to Camera app with a cool simple UI. panorama , burst mode , improved accuracy for face detection, better low light performance ( but still needs some improvements here) , improved focus speed( this one is awesome:tested on Z30),now record video and take pictures simultaneously.
• BlackBerry Hub : Now supporting instant actions, ease of organization, more customizations would be warmly welcomed but i must say BB Hub is just awesome feature. 
• Media Improvements : favourite your song or,photos,videos.
• Slow motion video edit feature.
• Battery Life Improvement : Customize Power saving profile Turn On or Off  Battery saving mode with features such as : minimal cpu usage, mobile data off/On, location switching On/Off in saving mode when battery falls below threshold you have set.
• Calender : meeting mode , new weekly agenda , growing numbers - numbers within months view will shrink depends on your tasks and how much busy you are. This is good feature. 

This update was 400MB -to- 1.6 GB depending on what device you are using whether Leap, classic or Q series or a Z series or the Ultimate one Passport. Versions 10.3.2.680 , 10.3.2.858, 10.3.2.2339 , 10.3.2.2639 , 10.3.2.440, 10.3.2.798, 10.3.2.516 these were some versions for different BB10 devices. Depending on your carrier or region may vary.

Verdict:  

Good to see such improvements in this update , but few problems were encountered while transferring files over Bluetooth and Low light performance was ok not too good but this depends on which device you are on was tested on Z30 its was Ok. Looking forward to see some minor bug fixes and more improvements in BB 10.3.3 hopefully comes soon. One more thing in this latest update is Battery Usage by screen is more. If you check Device monitor 'Display'(at 55% brightness level) uses  More Battery than the System.

Also minimal CPU Usage in Background should be focussed. The 'Quick Setting' Feature is good that it could be rearranged  but to turn On / Off Mobile Data one has to open Mobile Networks in settings rather it should be easily accessible from top to down gesture or a simple toggle on screen.
Also Device Monitor should be easily accessible.

"Hope to see improvements in Battery usage and Display in next Update".

May be in 10.3.3 there are no plans to update API , SDK's or runtime of OS , rather BB would focus on Security and Privacy enhancements. 
But to Suggest BB : They should update Android run time to 5.X and fix some battery related issues , display brightness and other improvements apart from security and privacy.
