BlackBerry PlayBook OS Update 2.1.0.1753

Last month around 10th September 2013 BlackBerry rolled out an official update for BlackBerry PlayBook to Version 2.1.0.1753. This upgrade is around 396MB. But this upgrade does not bring much changes to your PB
Only a few minor changes are seen like:
- Better web surfing, but still a 411 score out of 500 on http://html5test.com
-Flash player upgraded to 11.1.121.78, AIR Version 3.1.0.78
-It was expected that BBerry would bring android 4.1 or atleast 4.0 ICS in this upgrade, but still same old Android is seen 2.3.3 and BlackBerry Runtime for Android apps 2.1.0.147( Device info app data).
It looks that BlackBerry is not interested in upgrading Android version of the PlayBook.
